Twenty-Thirteen and Beyond

The Division of Information Technology has accomplished many goals throughout the 2013 year. From restructuring our personnel, implementing an improved wireless network, simplifying logins, being recognized as a MOE honoree, to deploying VoIP telephones, IT has been instrumental in supporting VSU’s missions. We anticipate 2014 to be just as productive and innovative!

IT will be closed Dec. 21, 2013 - Jan. 1, 2014 and re-open on Jan. 2, 2014.

Before leaving for the holiday break, we recommend users close files and shutdown personal computers if possible. Numerous upgrades and enhancements will be performed over the next three weeks. These upgrades are needed to improve service, functionality, and support.


IT Nationally Recognized

 VSU IT was listed  twice as Honorees of the “Models of Efficiency” (MOE) national recognition program by the University Business Magazine.  The MOE program showcases colleges and universities that use technology and/or business processes to provide superior service, while maximizing resources.
