Reset Your Own VoIP Voicemail PIN

What’s New in Office 365

Microsoft has added a few new features to Office 365:

1TB OneDrive for Business
Office 365 now provides users with 1TB (1,000GB) of OneDrive for Business cloud storageLearn more about OneDrive for Business

Office Web Apps
Web Apps for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote are now available.

Increased Mailbox Storage
Each email account has been provided with 50GB of additional storage.

Office 2013 for Students
All students have received the Microsoft Student Advantage which allows each student to install Office 2013 (or Office 2011 for Macs) on up to five computers and Office mobile apps on five devices. For steps on downloading Office 2013 or Office mobile apps, view the Microsoft Student Advantage Guide.

Office 2013 for Faculty and Staff
VSU-owned equipment can be upgraded to Office 2013 by request from Information Technology. However, faculty and staff must purchase “Work At Home” media to install Office 2013 on personal equipment. Learn more about Work at Home Software

Brian Haugabrook, CIO for VSU IT

Valdosta State University President William J. McKinney named Brian Haugabrook Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Division of Information Technology on July 1, 2014. Haugabrook joined VSU in 2004. In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Public Administration, Haugrabrook has advanced within Information Technology as programmer, systems analyst, director of data warehouse, and interim CIO since 2013. V-State Mobile: Official VSU App

V-State Mobile is available for download! Thanks to the innovative work of Enterprise Applications and Analytics (EAA), project led by Amelia Reams, the Official VSU App can be downloaded on devices with iOS or Android. EAA has also put together a list of Known Issues for the V-State Mobile app. If an unlisted issue is encountered, contact the Mobile App Team.

Cascade Upgrade
