On Friday, Oct. 10, Helpdesk received the Chancellor’s Gold Award for Service Excellence by Chancellor Hank Huckaby during an awards presentation in Atlanta. This is the highest level of award given for the category.
Helpdesk also received an Honorable Mention. The award recognition is a wonderful reflection of the exceptional service provided by the hardworking and efficient Helpdesk team, who continue to raise the bar for top notch client support and service.
Sterlin Sanders, assistant director of technical support services, was nominated individually for a service award for his dedication and consistent willingness to go above and beyond normal job responsibilities.
