Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. and will be followed by the performance at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Themed \u201cNice Work \u2026,\u201d the cabaret fundraiser will celebrate the things that require a little hard work but make life worth living \u2014 jobs and relationships. Some of the university\u2019s most talented theatre and dance students will perform song selections from such popular shows as \u201cNice Work If You Can Get It\u201d and \u201c9 to 5: The Musical\u201d while attendees enjoy a buffet meal prepared by Covington\u2019s Catering.<\/p>\n<p>Proceeds will benefit the Golden Circle Scholarship and Support Fund and will help the VSU Theatre and Dance Area to attract top quality students to the program by offering scholarship support.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are $45 per person, or $40 per person for any 2014-2015 VSU Theatre and Dance season members. Checks should be made payable to \u201cVSU Foundation,\u201d with \u201cGolden Circle Cabaret\u201d written on the memo line.<\/p>\n<p>Duke Guthrie, professor of theatre, hopes all VSU Theatre and Dance fans will attend the 16<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0annual cabaret fundraiser, spend the evening enjoying what promises to be a delicious meal and memorable musical theatre entertainment, and leave with \u201cthe satisfaction of knowing that you helped a student realize his or her dream.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Advance reservations are required and can be made by sending an email to Patricia Vigergstol, chairwoman of the Golden Circle Scholarship and Support Fund Board of Directors, at\u00a0<a style=\"color: inherit\" href=\"mailto:pavigerstol@gmail.com\">pavigerstol@gmail.com<\/a>.
