Congratulations! On behalf of Dr. Karen Kesten, Director of Faculty Initiatives, the CONHS very own, Dr. Michelle Ritter has been selected to participate in AACN’s Leadership for Academic Nursing Program! This fellowship is designed to further develop and enhance leadership skills in new and emerging executive administrators in baccalaureate and graduate nursing programs. LANP prepares participants to accept academic leadership positions, including the role of dean or director of the nursing academic unit.
The LANP program includes a 5-day seminar addressing important executive leadership topics and provides numerous assessment experiences. The seminar will begin at 1 p.m. (ET) on Sunday, July 24 and ends at noon on Thursday, July 28, 2016.
