The program was developed to acknowledge those individuals who provide exceptional service. As one member of the implementation committee states, the goal is \u201cto encourage and reward employees who go out of their way to make that personal connection with the people they are here to help.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This month, the CONHS had one faculty member, Ms. Sandra (Sandie) Delk and one staff member, Ms. Marci Marshall nominated for the the I CAUGHT YOU CARING Program.
