G.D. Futrell

I’m an associate professor of marketing at The Langdale College of Business at Valdosta State University, where I teach the marketing of services, health care marketing, and sales management. My research interests focus on the marketing of health care services and the service encounter. I studied at Middlesex University before completing my undergraduate degree at Radford University. I received his master’s degree in Global Marketing Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and my PhD from Florida State University.
