This position is primarily responsible for managing the VSU Solution Center, IT communications, and IT engagement. The Solution Center is a call center that provides support for Information Technology, Admissions, Welcome Center, and other administrative offices supporting students. This position leads the development of both internal and external IT communication plans for general and unexpected issues.
Create and modify programs using various programming languages at the request of clients in support of the Banner information system and related systems. Provide client support by trouble shooting and answering questions regarding Banner and related systems. Stay current on system functionality and relevant tools.
