You’ve spent 4+ years as an undergrad and the time has finally come. It is now your time to slip on that black robe and put on your decorated cap to walk across the grand stage December 8, 2018.

PREYAH JAMES – BIOLOGY MAJOR; JOURNALISM MINOR<\/span>\"preyah's<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Preyah worked with IT for 3 years. She started off as a Desktop technician; but in her last semester, she worked as a Content Developer for the Training & Communications department of IT. After graduation, she will be moving to New York to work with the Student Conservation Association as an Environmental\u00a0Educator. Her most memorable moments with IT is the problem-solving\u00a0skills that she has learned. She will be able to carry that with her for the rest of her life. Also, she is appreciative of the professional and social connections she has made that helped shape her entire undergraduate career.<\/p>\n

Illy has been working with IT’s Solution Center for one year. She may be graduating but she’s not done yet! She will be pursuing her Masters in Elementary Education right here at VSU! After that, she will become an elementary teacher and support children, especially whose second language is English. Before she graduates, Illy would like the IT family to know that what impressed her the most while working here is the reliable teamwork and warm work environment. She is very grateful to\u00a0be a member of such a kind, determined and proficient team.<\/p>\n

NICHOLOAS GIANI – INTERIOR DESIGN MAJOR<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Nicholas spent his time with IT as the Interior Design Lab Monitor for 4 years. He wishes to leave the IT team with his gratefulness to be in a position to teach underclassmen how to use design programs such as Revit, SketchUp, and Autocad. You will be missed, Nicholas. Best of luck in your future endeavors!<\/p>\n

So, graduates, this may be the end of this chapter, but you have a whole book left to write. Remember that life is all about choices and each choice, good or bad, will bring you closer to the place you’ve always wanted to be.<\/em> Congratulations Class of Fall 2018!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
