Employees are expected to quickly and correctly address and resolve said issues via phone, email, or social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the development and maintenance of employee training content, an active role in both internal and external communication, and a support for university and division initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shifts range<\/strong> from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday thru Friday and may include weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Must be both attending VSU and completing VSU degree requirements<\/li><li>2.0 Cumulative GPA<\/li><li>Enrolled in at least 6 Credit Hours at VSU<\/li><li>Valid Driver&#8217;s License<\/li><li>Strong verbal (presentations, speeches, etc.) and written communication skills<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pay: $8.34\/hr | Part-TimeApplication Deadline: March 31, 2021Read full description and apply at Blazer Briefcase Summary: The Solutions Center, VSU&#8217;s own first-tier support call-center, acts as the initial point of contact for assistance related to Admissions, Housing, Residence Life, and Information Technology-based queries.
