Rachel Wayne, <\/strong>a Spring 2010 graduate with a major in Anthropology and<\/p>\n
minor in Theater is the winner of the jump drive, as selected at random<\/p>\n
from the over 100 entrants that completed the library web site survey.<\/p>\n
The Library would like to say a big thank you to everyone who completed<\/p>\n
the survey.\u00c2\u00a0 The survey results let us know what visitors like and<\/p>\n
dislike about the library’s web site.\u00c2\u00a0 On the positive side, it appears<\/p>\n
that the web site changes made over the past couple of years as informed<\/p>\n
by the previous survey, usability studies, and focus groups, have been<\/p>\n
well received.\u00c2\u00a0 On the other hand, there are still areas that need to be<\/p>\n
improved.<\/p>\n
In meeting with Rachel to present the jump drive, she was asked what she<\/p>\n
liked about the library. (Remember the web site survey was anonymous.)<\/p>\n
Rachel responded that she thought the building was ‘beautiful’.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 She<\/p>\n
did use the bound journals and “JSTOR<\/a>” was her favorite electronic<\/p>\n
resource. With graduation day just around the corner, we wish Rachel the<\/p>\n
best of success in finding a job, preferably in ‘film production’.<\/p>\n
