When Donald Trump isn&#8217;t lying about his poll numbers and film critics aren&#8217;t arguing about movies they&#8217;ve yet to see, pettiness is still afoot \u2014 like, for instance, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.indiewire.com\/t\/rob-schneider\/\" id=\"auto-tag_rob-schneider\">Rob Schneider<\/a> blocking <a href=\"http:\/\/www.indiewire.com\/t\/seth-rogen\/\" id=\"auto-tag_seth-rogen\">Seth Rogen<\/a>. The move apparently came as a surprise to Rogen, who <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Sethrogen\/status\/876025759441223680\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">tweeted a screenshot<\/a> of Schneider&#8217;s blocked profile along with the exclamation, &#8220;What the fuck?!&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.indiewire.com\/2017\/06\/seth-rogen-bryan-fuller-carrie-coon-best-showrunner-twitter-1201843292\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">READ MORE: Seth Rogen Gets \u2018Inception\u2019-ed, Carrie Coon Loves the Public Theater \u2014 The Week in Showrunner Tweets<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To be sure, there are many valid reasons to block someone on Twitter. Harassment runs rampant on the egg-filled social-media platform, which frequently (and justifiably) takes heat for how slow to act it is on such matters.
