This has naturally led to speculation among those same fans, which director <a href=\"http:\/\/www.indiewire.com\/t\/james-wan\/\" id=\"auto-tag_james-wan\">James Wan<\/a> has apparently had enough of. The &#8220;Saw&#8221; and &#8220;The Conjuring&#8221; filmmaker took to Twitter to dispel any rumors about the delay, explaining that the problem is simple: &#8220;It&#8217;s me.&#8221;<\/p>\n<aside class=\"pmc-related-link read-more\">\n\t\t\t<strong class=\"pmc-related-type\">Read More:<\/strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.indiewire.com\/2017\/04\/creature-from-the-black-lagoon-remake-aquaman-writer-1201799566\/\" title=\"\u2018Creature From The Black Lagoon\u2019 Remake Coming From \u2018Aquaman\u2019 Writer\">\u2018Creature From The Black Lagoon\u2019 Remake Coming From \u2018Aquaman\u2019 Writer<\/a><br \/>\n\t\t<\/aside>\n<p>&#8220;Hey friends, I usually do my best to avoid internet noises (especially fabricated distractions) but a teaser-trailer going out this weekend was never in the books \u2014 despite what some claim. It\u2019s not because of anyone or any nefarious reason holding it back \u2014 IT\u2019S ME.,&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/creepypuppet\/status\/977792754402058241\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Wan wrote<\/a> in the first of three tweets.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am simply not ready yet to share.
