SXSW\u2019s platform for convening a global community of artists, songwriters, producers, publishers, music supervisors, A&amp;R, brands, and corporations offers a unique backdrop for the song camp experience.<\/p>\n<p>An international advisory board has selected the SXSW Songs participants, which includes songwriters, producers, headliners and performers from around the world. Additionally, some <a href=\"http:\/\/schedule.sxsw.com\/2017\/events\/type\/showcase?_ga=1.197570476.2084649329.1479839105\" target=\"_blank\">SXSW Music Festival performing artists<\/a> are expected to drop by for sessions at the camp.<\/p>\n<p>Confirmed participants include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sigala<\/strong> whose credits include John Newman and Nile Rodgers; <strong>Freedo<\/strong> whose credits include Zara Larsson and Little Mix; <strong>Soaky Siren<\/strong> whose credits include Rita Ora, Tinashe, and Sean Paul; and <strong>Chiara Hunter<\/strong> whose credits include David Guetta and Galantis.<\/p>\n<p>ASCAP, Shure, Gibson, Roland, and Timbuk2 are all on board as official sponsors of SXSW Songs.<\/p>\n<h3>Be a Part of SXSW Songs<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sxsw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/sxswsongs.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" class=\"right ml6 mr6 mb6\" \/><br \/>\nSXSW registrants can get a taste for the SXSW Songs experience and songwriting output at two events on <strong>Wednesday, March 15<\/strong> as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sxsw.com\/festivals\/music\/\">SXSW Music Festival<\/a>.
