Graduate Student Opportunity: APF Accepting Applications for Basic Psychological Science Research

The American Psychological Foundation is accepting applications for its Basic Psychological Science Research Grant program.

Through the program, grants of up to $1,000 will be awarded to support innovative psychological science research. Grant funds are intended to support direct costs related to the proposed research (e.g., participant payment, software purchases), but may be used for thesis, dissertation or other research-related expenses Projects specifically related to diversity are encouraged.

The program is open to graduate student members of APAGS who are enrolled at least half time as a student in good standing at a regionally accredited university. Students who join as a graduate student affiliate are eligible; students who are members of APA as undergraduate student affiliates, associate member, or other member status must change their status to graduate student affiliate prior to applying for a grant.
