Deadline: May 1, 2019
The Sigma Foundation for Nursing helps nurses to heal, lead, and learn, and through funding for research seeks to provide resources that help bridge the gap between research and clinical practice.
To that end, the foundation is accepting applications for its Nursing/American Nurses Grant. Through the program, a single grant of up to $7,500 will be awarded in support of research conducted by a beginning nurse researcher or an experienced nurse researcher who is entering a new field of study. Preference will be given to Sigma members, all other qualifications being equal.
Eligible candidates must be a registered nurse (or country equivalent) with a current license (if applicable) and at least a master’s in nursing (or country equivalent), as well as a clinical nursing research topic.
See the Sigma Foundation for Nursing website for complete program guidelines and application instructions.
