Deadline: June 1, 2019
The American Psychological Foundation is inviting applications for its Joseph B. Gittler Award.
Established through a bequest from Joseph Gittler, PhD, the award recognizes psychologists who are making and will continue to make scholarly contributions to the philosophical foundations of psychological knowledge.
In support of this goal, an award of $5,000 will be given to an individual who has made a significant contribution to the philosophical foundations of psychology, particularly over the last five to ten years. Psychologists at any stage of their careers will be considered.
To be eligible, applicants must be a psychologist with an EdD, PsyD, or PhD from an accredited university. Self-nominations are accepted.
See the American Psychological Foundation website for complete program guidelines, application instructions, and a list of past recipients.
