This competition will support both short-term projects (up to 18 months) and long-term projects (up to 24 months). Up to $2.7 million available for 5 short-term projects and 15 long-term projects. Funds support three tracks: Institutional Transformation (4\/12\/17); Adaptation (8\/8\/17); and Partnership (12\/14\/16). Limited submission: one proposal per eligible organization.
