\"\"The\u00a0Sigma Foundation for Nursing<\/a>\u00a0helps nurses to heal, lead, and learn, and through funding for research seeks to provide resources that help bridge the gap between research and clinical practice.<\/p>\n

To that end, the foundation is accepting applications for its Nursing\/American Nurses Grant. Through the program, a single grant of up to $7,500 will be awarded in support of research conducted by a beginning nurse researcher or an experienced nurse researcher who is entering a new field of study. Preference will be given to Sigma members, all other qualifications being equal.<\/p>\n

Eligible candidates must be a registered nurse (or country equivalent) with a current license (if applicable) and at least a master\u2019s in nursing (or country equivalent), as well as a clinical nursing research topic.<\/p>\n
