An application must respond to either Absolute Priority 1\u2014Regional Centers or Absolute Priority 2\u2014National Center\u200b.\u00a0Six optional\u00a0competitive priorities may be addressed to add additional points to applications. GRC recommends addressing as many of\u00a0these competitive\u00a0priorities as possible to remain competitive with other applicants. See the solicitation for details on these priorities.
