The\u00a0American Psychological Foundation<\/a>\u00a0is inviting applications for its Joseph B. Gittler Award.<\/p>\n

Established through a bequest from Joseph Gittler, PhD, the award recognizes psychologists who are making and will continue to make scholarly contributions to the philosophical foundations of psychological knowledge.<\/p>\n

In support of this goal, an award of $5,000 will be given to an individual who has made a significant contribution to the philosophical foundations of psychology, particularly over the last five to ten years. Psychologists at any stage of their careers will be considered.<\/p>\n

To be eligible, applicants must be a psychologist with an EdD, PsyD, or PhD from an accredited university. Self-nominations are accepted.<\/p>\n
