General Research Grants range from $3,000 to $15,000 for doctoral students advanced to candidacy, and up to $25,000 for Ph.Ds. Annual deadlines: 1\/10, 7\/1. Baldwin Fellowships of $15,000 per year are also available for international students (2\/15 for new applicants). Individuals may not apply, only academic and research institutions.
