Issues like sexism, body image, societal pressures, and discrimination, are in the forefront of my subject matter. \u00a0My two preferred media are photography and painting.<\/p>\n<p>When I use the camera, I am trying to expose the hidden truths that we are afraid to show ourselves and the world. I intend for my audience to look at my photographs and be able to empathize with the message that my subject is portraying.<\/p>\n<p>I focus on these topics so I can expose my own insecurities and weaknesses, attempting to create an open dialogue about these common issues.
