- VALDOSTA, Ga. – Valdosta State freshmen men's tennis standout Pietro Casciola was named Gulf South Conference Men's Tennis Freshman of the Week, the league office announced Wednesday. This is Casciola's second Freshman of the Week honor this season.
- VALDOSTA, Ga. – The Valdosta State men's tennis team gave a strong effort on Friday afternoon in the final match of the regular season, but came up short in a 4-2 loss to No. 23 Lynn. The Blazers ended the regular season with a 5-11 record overall, while Lynn improved to 11-8.
