Digital images of artwork due – Monday, February 28, 5 PM

Notification of accepted work – Thursday, March 3 (giving students enough time to properly mat and  frame pieces prior to drop off date).

Deliver to Dedo Maranville Fine Arts Gallery – Monday March 7, 8 AM-5:30 PM (Work must be framed or otherwise ready to install. Make sure there is a wire affixed to the back and/or will hang securely on a nail.)

If you are unable to deliver at this time, contact Gallery Director Julie Bowland to make other arrangements.

Exhibition Dates and Reception Time – March 21 – April 8; Opening reception Monday, March 21, 6-7:30 PM. Awards will be announced 6:30 PM. (THIS IS THE FIRST DAY BACK FROM SPRING BREAK!)

Pick Up Artwork – Monday, April 11, 8 AM – 5:30 PM

*Note, if artist is unable to drop off accepted work at designated drop-off time on Monday, March 7, they need to make accommodations prior to Monday with Gallery Director Julie Bowland.
