Learn Insights from our Online Students on VSU Programs/Classes

Join us for the eMajor Brown Bag webinar on Mon., April 14 from 12-1 pm via WebEx (if you are an online faculty member the WebEx invitation was emailed to you). If you are interested in attending and did not receive an invitation, please email: kjsundin@valdosta.edu for the WebEx invitation.

This is an opportunity for you to hear the perspective of our online programs and courses through the eyes of our online students.

Four online students will be joining us either in person or through WebEx to discuss the perspective of our online programs and courses.

Cindy Burgoyne works full-time in Sales and Marketing. Her major is Organizational Leadership and she is a Junior.

 Maria Mundrick’s major is Legal Assistant studies. She is a junior and a full-time student.


Ron Skrine is a senior in our Organizational Leadership/Public Administration program. He is a full-time firefighter/operations captain.


Amanda Stripling is a mother and legal secretary. She is a junior in our Office Administrative Technology program in Adult and Career Education.

New Resource Available

Are you new to online teaching and learning?
Are you an experienced online faculty member, but would like to learn some tips and
techniques to incorporate into your course?
Do you want to enhance your face-to-face or hybrid course?

If yes, then visit the VSU “New to Online Learning: The Fundamentals CO” course!

 Current faculty have been added as students in the course which will be available in
BlazeVIEW and GoVIEW on Mon., March 10.

New faculty will be added at the beginning of each semester. However, new faculty can request to be manually added by emailing blazeview@valdosta.edu or goview@valdosta.edu.
