Beautiful Vector Illustration by FUGSTRATOR

Beautiful Vector Illustration by FUGSTRATOR

Michael Fugoso is a San Diego based designers and illustrator with some incredible illustration work. Fugstrator as he is also known on Instagram, where he posts some of his most recent work. The cool thing about Michael’s illustration in my opinion is the style. It brings back some of the skeuomorphic elements but it also blends with some beautiful cutout paper effects. He also has a series of illustrations on aircrafts and spaceships, all with a bit of a retro mood.  Like the Paper Shuttle Launch project.

Fugoso’s process starts always with hand-drawn and then he moves on to rendering, usually on a vector tool like Adobe Illustrator or Autodesk Graphic. Most of the time he gets commissioned to do fan art or about popular icons of the past. He is very proud to say that all of his work starts from drawings, done by hand. Another one of his passions is photography, it helps him to find inspiration because he loves taking photos he mentions on his site.

Stylish UI Design for Nike SB Concept Project

Stylish UI Design for Nike SB Concept Project

We have featured Side B projects in the past here on Abduzeedo. We like to diversify but they really got me by creating an beautiful UI Design concept project for Nike SB. If you didn’t know, I am a huge skateboarding fan. I used to skateboard when I was younger, I still do from time to time. For some reason I stopped but I keep up with the sport by following skaters as well as watching the Street League. If there’s one thing that got me into design was skateboarding. The culture, the style and the focus on creativity are very important for a skateboarder in a very similar way it’s for designers. Anyway, enough of me talking, check out this super stylish UI design for Nike SB.

Interaction Design & UI/UX: Unight Experience

Interaction Design & UI/UX: Unight Experience

Hope everyone have enjoyed a long Weekend with Labour Day. Time to be back and let’s start if off with an interaction design and UI/UX of a web and mobile app called Unight. It’s a mobile app to help you guide through your city regarding dining and especially nightclubs. For this concept to be fully functional, I would imagine that these locations must be active on the platform. Adding the QR code integration is neat but I wonder if it’s still on nowadays. I might be wrong, anyways check it out!

Collaboration work between Heartbeat Agency and MindStudios who is web and mobile design studio based in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine. You should definitely follow their Behance for upcoming projects related to interaction design.
