  • Start with hands on the edge of a flat surface.
  • Extend elbows & knees with feet out.
  • Place weight on the heels.
  • Flex hip while keeping head neutral.
  • Shoulders extend & elbows flexed at 90° angle.
  • Head neutral, with core engaged.
