Brooklynne McGonagle (BM Horn Performance, 2022) has been awarded Outstanding Service by the faculty of the Department of Music.

While at VSU, Brooklynne has participated in Wind Ensemble, Valdosta Symphony Orchestra, VSU Opera, Blazin’ Brigade marching band, Hot Shots basketball band, and Brass Quintet. She is drum major in the marching band, a member of Sigma Alpha Iota, a Peer Alliance Learning Facilitator for Music Theory 3 and 4, and a song leader at Barney United Methodist Church. Brooklynne is from Melbourne, FL.
