Step Up

  • Start with foot in the center of a raised surface.
  • The knee does not pass the toe.
  • Best if knee is flexed in 90° angle.
  • The alternate foot should be placed firmly on the ground.
  • Keep head neutral; focus on one spot to keep balance.
  • Extend the raised knee while simultaneously flexing the alternate knee to 90° angle.
  • Place arms in running position or hands on hips.
