Burpee

  • Start with feet shoulder width apart & standing straight up.
  • Crouch down with hands flat on floor.
  • Extend feet out into a forward leaning rest position.
  • Elbows flex into a push up position.
  • Return to a forward leaning rest.
  • Jump back into a crouched position. (Hands should still be flat on the floor & feet back)
  • Knees & hips extend into a jump.
  • Feet should clear the floor with hands over head.
