- Start with feet shoulder width apart & standing straight up.
- Crouch down with hands flat on floor.
- Extend feet out into a forward leaning rest position.
- Elbows flex into a push up position.
- Return to a forward leaning rest.
- Jump back into a crouched position. (Hands should still be flat on the floor & feet back)
- Knees & hips extend into a jump.
- Feet should clear the floor with hands over head.
