Tips for staying hydrated

  • Keep a water bottle with you throughout the day
  • Try adding fruit or mint leaves to your drink
  • Eat water-based foods like cucumber, grapefruit, and watermelon
  • Be sure to drink water before, during and after a workout
  • When you’re feeling hungry, drink a glass of water before you eat
  • If you have trouble remembering to drink your water, set up a schedule
  • Drink a small glass of water at the begriming of each out
