Russian Twist

  • Sit on the floor with your feet under something that will not move.
  • Alternatively, you can have a partner hold them.
  • Your legs should be bent at the knees.
  • Your upper body should be in an imaginary V-shape with your thighs.
  • Rotate at the waist & touch the ground each side.
