  • Lean forward in the rest position, body at a 45° angle with back flat.
  • Core engaged, hands shoulder width apart.
  • Feet together with weight on your toes, head neutral.
  • Elbow flexion, 90° angle at the elbows.
  • Core engaged, head slightly looking up.
