Sit Up

  • Start by lying on your back with your arms across your chest.
  • Flex knees at a 45° angle.
  • Arms crossed touching clavicles.
  • Waist flexion.
  • Abdominals contracted. • Elbows touching the upper thighs.
  • Head in a neutral position.
