IT Solutions Center Student Assistant

Wage: $8.34/hour | Part Time

SUMMARY:

The Solutions Center is VSU’s own first-tier support call-center for Admissions, Housing, Residence Life, and Information Technology-based queries. Employees must quickly and correctly address and resolve issues via phone, email, or social media.

Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the development and maintenance of employee training content, an active role in both internal and external communication, and a support for university and division initiatives.

Shifts available range from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and may include weekends.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be both attending VSU and completing VSU degree requirements
  • 2.0 Cumulative GPA
  • Enrolled in at least 6 Credit Hours at VSU
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong verbal (presentations, speeches, etc.) and written communication skills
