Maintenance for the Week of 12/10 – 12/16
Valdosta State’s Divison of Technology will be implementing the following maintenances over the course of this week:
- 12/10- Technicians from Xerox, Marcotek, and VSU IT will begin the process of surveying, identifying, and locating all desktop & standalone printers for the university.
- 12/11 – Beginning at 6 PM, VSU IT will upgrade the software for our Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone system.
- 12/12- The individual network Documents drive (V:\mydocs) will be decommissioned. For more information, visit MyDocs to OneDrive Migration
- 12/13 – VSU Network Drive V:\dept used for file storage will be unavailable due to maintenance during the times of 6 PM and 12 AM
- 12/14-12/15 – VSU online services (MyVSU, Banner, BlazeVIEW, online payment systems, etc.) will be unavailable due to firewall maintenance.
- 12/16- Between the times of 10 PM – 11 PM, VSU IT will perform maintenance on the network system that will cause temporary connectivity loss of phone, WiFi, Internet, and other related services at selected campus locations.
